2012 Walk


Thank you so much for being a part of the 5th Annual Paws 4 A Cure Walk. Your generous donations will allow Paws 4 A Cure to help so many dogs and cats in need of veterinary care that wouldn't be able to get the care without our help.  

As of May 27th, we are at $19,000 in donations and I am still counting! Truly amazing! Please allow me some time to finalize the total as online donations, mail-in donations and sponsorship donations are still coming in.

It is not too late to donate. If you would like to sponsor a walker, please visit Firstgiving and select your walk team or individual walker to sponsor

Simple Care for Pets will be providing entry level veterinary care at the 5th Annual Paws 4 A Cure Walk for the registered walkers and for guests attending this event. We will be providing vaccines, microchips and heart worm screening at special event prices.  We are proud to announce that the Beyond Simple Care Provider for this event will be the Animal Hospital of Lynnfield, open and caring 365 days a year!!   

Friendly Paws of North Reading, MA will be providing shuttle service at the Paws 4 A Cure Walk on May 20th! There will be several checkpoints around Lake Quannapowitt for the Friendly Paws shuttle bus to pick up you and your dog then bring you to the finish line.

 Celebrity Guest Appearance

Maji, the star of the ABC NEWS 20/20 Pet Crazy show that aired on March 9th and the upcoming "Bad Dog" show on Animal Planet will be at the Paws 4 A Cure walk on May 20th. Don't miss your chance to meet Maji, he will be at the Save A Lab tent, offering Pawtographs & kisses!
