Paws 4 A Cure collects Huggables donated at each of the events.
The
Huggable program will provide new stuffed animals to dogs and cats that have to
stay overnight at the veterinary hospital and also to outpatient surgery
patients. The stuffed animals will provide a sense of comfort when the
dog/cat are away from home and they get to take their new buddy home with
them. Who doesn't love a stuffed animal ?!
Paws 4 A Cure is also supplying animal shelters with Huggables as well.
The dogs and cats there need a friend too.
Since Paws 4 A Cure started the Huggable Program, we have collected well over 500 stuffed animals that
have been distributed to veterinarian clinics and animal shelters. Any
stuffed animal that was not appropriate for a dog or cat is
donated to the Toys For Toys program to help a child have a better
holiday season.

call your veterinary clinic or local animal shelter to see if they will accept the stuffed
animals there and you can privately donate them as well.
