📌  How to Open, Fill Out & Sign PDFs in Adobe
Acrobat Reader
To complete our application forms,
you’ll need to use Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free program). Follow the steps
below based on your device:
💻 For Computers (Windows or Mac)
 - Download
     Adobe Acrobat Reader for free at get.adobe.com/reader.
- Save
     the Paws 4 A Cure Application For Assistance Packet PDF from our website to your Downloads folder (or
     another easy-to-find location).
- Right-click
     the PDF file → Open With → Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Click
     inside each field to type your information.
- To
     sign:
  - Click
      the Fill & Sign tool (pen icon).
- Choose
      Add Signature → type, draw, or upload your signature.
- Place
      it in the signature box.
- Go
     to File → Save.
📱 For Android Phones/Tablets
 - Open

     arrow). The file is usually stored in Downloads.
- Open
     the Adobe Acrobat Reader app, tap the folder icon, and select the saved
     file.
- Tap
     inside each field to type your information.
- To
     sign:

- Add
      your signature and place it in the signature box.
- Tap
     the three dots (⋮) → Save
     As/Save a Copy. 
🍎 For iPhone/iPad
 - Open
     the App Store and download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app.
- From our website, tap the Paws 4 A Cure Application For Assistance Packet PDF attachment → Share → Copy to Adobe Acrobat (or Open
     in Adobe Acrobat).
- The
     form will open in the Adobe Acrobat app. Tap inside the fields to type
     your information.
- To
     sign:

- Add

- When
     finished, tap the Share icon → Save to Files.
📤 Sending Your Completed Form
After filling out and signing the form:
 - Attach
     the saved PDF to an email.
- Send
     it to [email protected] along with your hardship documentation.
